Our Services

Our delicious contemporary food is prepared using only fresh, locally sourced (where possible) ingredients of the highest quality, and our friendly, efficient service is sensitive and unobtrusive.

Our 'Food to You' menus can be provided either on a 'Delivery and Set-up' basis (where we come back later in the day or the following day to collect everything un-washed) where you don't have to worry about a thing, or on a 'Staffed Full Service' basis where we also supply waiting staff to serve, clear and take everything away.  Just leave everything in our hands.

These menus are suitable for informal gatherings, allowing your guests to mingle.

All our menus come with the appropriate tableware, whether disposable or with china plates, cups, saucers, tablecloths, etc.

Sandwich Menu

A selection of freshly prepared traditional and/or contemporary finger sandwiches and open sandwiches. These can include:

  • Tandoori, chicken, spinach and Raitha
  • Roast Beef and English mustard
  • Salmon mayonaise
  • Baked ham
  • Egg mayonaise and cress
  • Cheddar, apple and chive
  • Serrano ham and salsa
  • Smoked mackerel and horseradish
  • Roquetfort and pear

These are just examples from our extensive range; you are very welcome to let us know if you have any specific preferences, or you can leave it all to us.

Sandwich & Finger Food Menu

Traditional or contemporary finger foods, potentially to accompany our sandwich menu.  Examples include:

  • Mini quiches
  • Melton Mowbray pork pie
  • Pigs in blankets
  • Tandoori chicken skewers
  • Smoked makerel pate on rye
  • Devilled eggs
  • Mozzerella, basil and tomato

Our Mini Deserts are also a great addition to this menu, which can include macaroons,portugese custard tarts and petit four cakes, to name only a few.

Tapas & Small Plates Menu

Our tapas and small plates menu is ideal for those wanting something a little different.  The dishes are laid out for your guests to help themselves. Supply of crockery or disposable plates is included.

Examples include:

  • Serano wrapped potatoes with aioli
  • Olives with orange and lemon
  • Aubergine dip and crusty bread
  • Sizzling chilli prawns
  • Crab tartlet with manchego cheese
  • White bean vinagrette
  • Vegetable salad filled vine tomato
  • Meatballs with tomato and pepper salsa
  • Chicken and chorizo skewers
  • Devilled eggs with olive and pimento
  • Classic tortilla with potato, scallion and pepper

Drinks Service

We provide a full drinks service, tea, coffee, juices and water.  Most of our venue partners have a bar facility, but if you are providing your own refreshments we can provide glassware, etc.

Rustic Boards Menu

Known as a 'fork buffet', our Rustic Board menus include platters of a selection of meats (continental and traditional), along with a selection of cheeses, salads and breads. There is a considerable variety available, and selections can be customised to suit any taste.  Served on wooden boards for your guests to enjoy.

Afternoon Tea

Includes a selection of freshly prepared finger sandwiches on white and wholemeal breads such as:

  • Egg mayonaise and cress
  • Baked ham and tomato
  • Salmon and rocket
  • Cheddar, apple and chive
  • Roast beef and Taylor's english mustard
  • Turkey and sweet pickle

Along with favorites including:

  • Fresh scones with preserves and cream
  • Mini cream cakes
  • Quiche and sausage rolls
